I rented and apartment and was not told the water would be billed by a third party. I didn't find out until I called the local water company to have the bill put into my name. After researching on my own, I found out that my water was billed based on the square footage...

NWP "guestimates" how much water each renter uses in our building, they do not actual regulate or deal with our utilities in any actual or fair manner, I pay LADWP for my own units water and power, and NWP has billed me sometimes nearly as much for our entire complex...

They force you to pick an end date for automatic billing and claim they sent you a reminder email. They hit me with a late charge because after 5 years of automatic payments I didn't "remember" to renew it. I called and they removed the charge, and I told them it...

Have Autopay and online payment setup. BUT they still charge the late fee every other month. You have to call them to remove them... They also charge a SERVICE FEE and apparently there is no way to avoid it. (THIS IS ON TOP OF THE UNBELIEVABLE MONTHLY CHARGES) THE...

Water bills were fine until NWP took over billing at the apartment complex where I lived. Every tenant had a $10.00 increase. Billing is way behind and when I left the apartment I paid 3 months. I can see one month behind to read the amount of water used but they tried...

I am not sure if there has been an increase in the water and sewer rates, but without any information on my actual usage (volume) each month, the spike in my bills in completely unexplained. It is not an apartment leaky pipe issue (I pay attention to this) and I know...
