NWP Service Corporation handles submetering for our community of 202 townhomes. Rather than actually reading the meters, they estimate the bill each month and always claim there is a problem on our end regarding their equipment.

We have actually paid to have meters replaced and still cannot resolve the issue. When the bills are estimated, they are double what they should be. They no longer issue credits for the overbilling. Every month homeowners have to contact them to request bill adjustments.

Now they no longer adjust the estimated bill but point the finger at the HOA stating it is the HOA's fault.

What is our fault?? This company is HORRIBLE!!!
